Adding a GPS to the Road King

I put a Garmin GPS on the Road King to help us find our way around all the towns we pull in to as well as locating the places we want to visit.  It is a Garmin Zumo 550, featuring turn-by-turn navigation, street maps of the whole USA, and an MP3 player.  It is made for a motorcycle with large buttons and weatherproof.  I’ve loaded it up with out friends and family’s addresses, so it will be easy to find you all without having to pull out a map.  (It also has the address of every Harley dealer, Flying J gas, and Hooters in the USA)

It comes with a PC program that can be used to plan a route, and it says our trip this summer will be 8422 miles.

  1. Hi John,
Its Korey from Manpower Staffing and I wanted to check in and see how things were going on your ride. I’m assuming you have not had to avoid a major storm thus far and head to Canada:)))) Be safe and i will check in later on.
